We want you to love your new items, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for a store credit or refund. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Start Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Choose Your Refund Type

Select between a refund to your original payment method or a Princess Polly store credit, which often includes a bonus incentive.

Print and Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

Drop It Off

Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your return within 6 business days of arrival.
